Micronized white natural Calcilutite MICROCRYSTALLINE (Amorphous – MEUDON like) of excellent quality among the top in its class.
Among the distinctive features of this white max cryptocrystalline calcium carbonate we can list:

  • Uniform size distribution: provides an excellent consistency and mixing regularity homogenizing and integrating the features of products with which it is mixed;
  • Low bulk density;
  • Very high covering due to the special chemical and physical structure;
  • Very low absorption of oils and resins that allows a binders sparing effect;
  • High White Point;
  • Thixotropic behavior thanks to the constant and small amount of colloidal clay, such as kaolinite.

This is a pure calcilutite with high resistance to weather conditions, which does not react negatively in the various applications.

Primary applications

Indoor water-based paints, temperas, glossy and semi-glossy enamels, putties and adhesives, P.V.C. and / or Rubber compounds, paper industries, insulating bottoms etc.

The above is informative. Therefore the user is recommended to do tests and processing controls.
Special attention should be paid to the moisture absorbed by the material, post production, because of its hygroscopicity consequence of the high % of fine particles contained in it.
